1-on-1 Mental Training
What is 1-on-1 Mental Training?
The mind and body are one, and what happens to one affects the other. We all train our bodies and physical skills consistently, but 1-on-1 Mental Training is your time to train your mind. You talk privately with your Mental Performance Consultant either in person or via Zoom and you practice mental exercises that build mental skills both in session and on your own. You have full confidentiality with your Mental Performance Consultant so that you may feel free and comfortable to talk about anything that may affect your performance. While what we do is Mental Performance, your mental well-being is above all and we are here for you as a person first.
